How EquyFi works
A four-step path
Create your account
Sign up with email, accept the terms of service and complete the verification.
Complete your ECSP profile
Provide your personal and financial details, complete the Knowledge Test (art. 21 of Reg. EU 2020/1503) and receive your classification as a sophisticated or non-sophisticated investor.
Explore the opportunities
For each project you'll find the KIIS, legal documentation, risk level and projections. Everything you need to make an informed decision.
Express interest and invest
If you are a non-sophisticated investor, you have 4 days to revoke your expression of interest without penalty (art. 22 of Reg. EU 2020/1503).
Transparency and regulatory compliance
EquyFi operates in accordance with the regulatory framework of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 (ECSP) and is undergoing authorisation to carry out cross-border crowdfunding services across all EU Member States.
ECSP authorisation in progress
We have started the ECSP Provider authorisation process with the competent authority.
Investor safeguards
Mandatory Knowledge Test, simulation of ability to bear loss for non-sophisticated investors and 4-day cooling-off period.
Fund segregation
Payments are processed through authorised payment institutions. Investor funds are held in accounts segregated from the platform's assets, as required by art. 10 ECSP.
Standardised documentation
Every opportunity comes with the Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS) required by the Regulation, in a uniform format that makes comparison easier.
